RDK-B Triage Engineer

Job Title: RDK-B Triage Engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced RDK-B Triage Engineer to troubleshoot broadband devices, identify root causes, and resolve field issues. The candidate should have strong experience with RDK-B, C/C++, Python, Linux, networking, and broadband technologies. Preferred: Ex-Comcast candidates or candidates currently working at Charter Communications, Vantiva, or Sagemcom with RDK-B experience. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot end-to-end RDK-B issues across Wi-Fi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, and LTE.Analyze logs, source code, network traffic, and packet captures to find root causes.Monitor field-device metrics and respond to critical production issues.Use Linux and networking tools for debugging.Work with AWS S3, Athena, and QuickSight to analyze large-scale device data.Develop scripts/tools for monitoring, troubleshooting, and anomaly detection.Compare device performance and identify unusual behavior.Work with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve defects. Required Skills Strong RDK-B experience.Strong C/C++, Python, and Linux skills.Experience with Wi-Fi, DOCSIS, Fiber, or LTE.Networking and packet analysis experience.Experience with ELK, Splunk, or Grafana.Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or Go.Git/GitHub and Jira experience.SQL and/or Amazon Athena experience.Senior/Technical Lead experience with good troubleshooting and communication skills.
