About the role

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide general, specialty, and orthodontic dental services across multiple modern, state-of-the-art offices.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to ensure trust and a positive experience
• Collaborate with the dental team to promote patient satisfaction
• Understand dental plans like PPO and HMO to maximize patient benefits
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and care
• Adhere to OSHA and sterilization procedures

Requirements

• California RDA certification
• California x-ray license
• Coronal polish and sealant certifications
• Experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory
