RCS Team Lead

Overview

Mondays through Fridays, 8a-5p; remote (must reside near an IU Health location for in-person meetings & trainings)

Responsibilities

• Leadership of assigned teams within IU Health Revenue Cycle Services
• Ensures high quality standardized work processes resulting in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks
• Serves as the first tier escalation for team members on task-oriented problems or issues
• Supports management in promoting staff development and allocating/directing daily work

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Indiana University Health Revenue Cycle Services strongly preferred
• Expert knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations
• High level of interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings
• Able to promote teamwork and develop team members
• Able to take initiative and meet objectives
