Responsibilities

• Serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services.
• Provides leadership across the division regarding specific education, training, and the management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulations.
• Serves as a point of escalation for claim-related issues, providing independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable, as well as direct intervention where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods.
• Strong organizational skills necessary to work on multiple complex projects/problems at one time.
• Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Able to work independently and is motivated to produce high quality outcomes.
• Knowledge in business applications.
• Able to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
• Able to facilitate and lead work groups.
• Able to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
• Able to take initiative and meet objectives.
• Knowledgeable in interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
