Requirements

• For Clinical position: Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
• For Coding position: Prefer one of the following or a combination of: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HIM or HIM related field, coding credential through AHIMA, or coding credential through AAPC.
• For Charging: Prefer an Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business related field.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics using tools such as sequel and Excel.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years clinical health care experience.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with Indiana University Health Revenue Cycle Services.
• Requires expert knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings.
• Requires the ability to promote teamwork and develop team members.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
