Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of cross-functional processes and business objectives to drive enterprise initiatives and strategic outcomes.
- Support high-priority strategic projects by identifying gaps, developing metrics, analyzing business impacts, and helping implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate across RCO, finance, IT, operations, and leadership to align business goals and process improvements.
- Track and report on initiative performance and execution milestones for executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to meet departmental and enterprise needs.
- Leverage curated datasets and existing data models to provide meaningful insights and data visualizations that support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a strategic analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (minimum 3 years), with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
- Strong Excel skills; Looker experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of business metrics, KPIs, operational workflows, and healthcare revenue cycle concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels and present findings clearly.
- Prioritizing strategic initiatives, complex projects, or cross-functional transformation efforts.
