RCMI Training Specialist
About the role
The RCMI Training Specialist will develop and administer trainings in Revenue Cycle Management and MHS GENESIS for DHA Teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer web-based courses using COTS, customized, or agency-developed materials.
- Deliver instructor-led training in both traditional and virtual environments.
- Develop course materials, handouts, instructor guides, and visual aids.
- Support distance learning through various formats.
- Manage the agency’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain compliance with federal security, privacy, and records management policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years in instructional design, training development, and delivery.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and technology-enabled training.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms, LMS administration is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 2 Public Trust clearance.
- US Citizenship required.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred.
- Experience with MHS GENESIS (Oracle/CERNER EHR platform), Revenue Cycle Management training is a plus.
- Ability to integrate emerging technologies (AI, automation) into training programs.
- Proficiency with Captivate or Articulate software application for learning content development.
Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$133,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
The travel requirement is up to 25%.
