RCM Solutions Specialist

About the role

The RCM Solutions Specialist supports ABA providers through revenue cycle optimization, implementation projects, and day-to-day operational management.

Responsibilities

• Review current client billing and revenue cycle processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support new client onboarding and RCM implementation activities
• Aid in software configuration, workflow design, and operational setup
• Participate in client discovery sessions and implementation planning meetings
• Provide consultative guidance on billing workflows, operational efficiencies, and best practices
• Maintain operational performance across assigned RCM accounts
• Track key revenue cycle metrics, account deliverables, and open action items
• Coordinate claim, denial, aging, and payment follow-up coordination
• Assist account managers with client requests and operational reporting
• Collaborate with the Billing Solutions Director on complex client initiatives and escalations

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in ABA Therapy billing and RCM operations
• Expertise in using ABA billing software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong documentation, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with payer processes, claims management, and denial workflows
