About the role

Georgia Behavior Associates is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part‑time in‑home ABA opportunities across Georgia. Positions involve providing one‑on‑one ABA services in clients’ homes during afternoon hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect data as required.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Comfortable providing ABA services in a home environment.

Pay

$25–$30 per hour, negotiable.

Schedule

• Part‑time afternoon shifts; hours vary by location.
• Multiple locations across Georgia.
• Immediate start available.
• Minimum 6‑month commitment preferred.
