About the role
HopeNest ABA is growing, and we're looking for caring, dependable people to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. As an RBT or BT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children, helping them build communication, social, and daily life skills. You'll work directly with each child under the guidance of a BCBA, following individualized treatment plans and celebrating progress along the way.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children
- Help children build communication, social, and daily life skills
- Follow individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Requirements
- RBTs: Active RBT certification (BACB) preferred
- BTs: No certification required — we'll support you on the path to becoming an RBT
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or a related degree is a plus)
- Reliability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
- Prior experience with children or in ABA is helpful but not required — we provide training
