What You’ll Do

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Directly implement skill‑building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment while building strong connections with families.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before starting work.

Preferred Experience

• Education or early childhood development.
• Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
• After‑school programs or camp counseling.
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
• ABA therapy or experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Healthcare support roles such as DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver.
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
• No prior experience required – paid training is provided for compassionate, patient, and eager learners.

Pay

Same Day Pay lets you access earnings immediately after each shift. Competitive pay reflects your experience and dedication, and referral bonuses are available.

Schedule

All positions start as part‑time with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. A 6‑month commitment is required.
