RBT (REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN) FULL-TIME, Monday-Friday

About the role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a crucial role in implementing treatment programs designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This position involves working closely with a diverse group of children and coworkers, fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and children.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment programs as written by the BCBA.
• Conduct quality 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in a clinic-based setting.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide hands-on, direct care while adhering to the principles of ABA.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Regularly report on treatment goals through both written and verbal updates.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance professional skills.
• Comply with agency, regulatory, and accreditation policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Full-time position available now.
• Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; some college experience or a college degree is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and stay on feet for prolonged periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Access to reliable means of transportation.
• Successful background clearance and reference checks, including Motor Vehicle Report.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in an educational or related field (preferred).
• Experience in educational or childcare settings for at least one year (preferred).
• Work or interaction with individuals with disabilities for at least one year (preferred).
