About the role
Solving Autism, LLC is actively seeking caring and energetic individuals in the South Charlotte area for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Afternoon availability is strongly preferred due to the high demand for ABA Therapy services during after school hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide highly individualized skill building and learning opportunities in a one-on-one setting according to each child's treatment plan.
- Implement positive reinforcement techniques and blend natural environment teaching practices with discrete trial instruction methods.
- Collect and analyze data as part of the therapy process.
- Participate in ongoing training and support provided by the company.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavior challenges.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- A sense of humor and strong work ethic.
- Multi-tasking skills and an open mind for continuous learning.
- Willingness to commit to the role for at least six months.
- First Aid and CPR certification (training provided).
- RBT certification (40 hours of online modules, paid training, and exam submission).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification.

Pay
The pay rate is based upon experience and is competitive within the industry.
