(RBT) Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver life-changing, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation

Compensation

• $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
• Paid training
• PTO
