RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification (HOURLY)
