About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that support clients in achieving their unique goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill‑building and care plans.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and maintain communication with families.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • RBT certification (required before starting work).
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Commitment to a minimum six‑month term.
  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or community‑based locations.

Ideal candidates

  • Experience in education or early childhood development (e.g., childcare, babysitting, youth mentorship).
  • Roles such as teaching assistant, paraprofessional, instructional aide, after‑school program staff, or camp counselor.
  • Background in behavioral health, mental health, social services, or ABA therapy.
  • Healthcare support experience (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver).
  • Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
  • No prior experience required – paid training is provided.

Schedule
