As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and young adults.

Responsibilities
- Implementing behavioral plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collecting and recording data on client behavior, progress, and treatment modifications
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Assisting with training and supporting other team members as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client services
Qualifications
- RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of ABA course work and 40 hours of RBT training
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
