RBT Intern – Trainer

About the role

The RBT Intern – Trainer position is designed for individuals who are passionate about training and development. The intern will assist in developing and delivering training programs, supporting trainers, and contributing to the overall training initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions
• Support trainers in preparing materials and facilitating sessions
• Contribute to the development of new training programs
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., education, psychology, human resources)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
