About the role

Hidden Talents ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to kids with autism. We care deeply about doing right by our clients — and by the people who show up for them every day. This role is for certified RBTs — we're not a training pipeline to get your certification, we're where you come to actually use it.

Responsibilities

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills
• Keep accurate session data and documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up
• Work closely with BCBAs and families

Requirements

• Active RBT certification, currently in good standing
• At least 6 months of ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
