We're actively seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support our clients in achieving their unique goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
- Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification (required before working).
- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment.
Qualifications
A great fit if you have experience in:
- Education or early childhood development.
- Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
- After-school programs or camp counseling.
- Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
- ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
- Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver).
- Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
No experience? No problem — paid training is provided!
Schedule
- All positions start part-time.
- Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
