About the role

Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for the right organization to grow with? If you’re passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and enjoy making a real difference in the lives of children with Autism, we’d love to have you as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
