Requirements
Active RBT credential required and at least 6 months of experience.
Demonstrates effective implementation of ABA strategies in clinical sessions.
Demonstrates the ability to coach others in behavior analytic skills, evident by prior training, presenting, and facilitation experience which includes presenting to large groups (preferred).
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and curriculum found to benefit children diagnosed with ASD, including but not limited to Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), prompting and prompt fading strategies, error correction procedures, differential reinforcement, and Pivotal Response Training (PRT).
Knowledge of android tablet systems and software used at Hopebridge, including but not limited to Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams), HB Charts, and ReThink.
Qualifications
College coursework in the field of behavior analysis, psychology, education, early education, or related field.
