About the role
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting (ages 18 months–8 years)
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Track progress and collect data to support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living
Assist BCBAs with caregiver training, clinical documentation, and data review
Participate in indirect supervision activities like literature reviews, team meetings, and individualized programming
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, values-based team rooted in patient-first care and service from the heart
Responsibilities

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Active RBT Certification
Experience working with children, ideally in early intervention or special education
Reliable transportation and a flexible, collaborative mindset
Qualifications
Graduate student with at least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to track progress and collect data
