RBT/BT- Home Program - Essex County

About the Role

As an RBT or BT, you will provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings, helping individuals develop communication, social, behavioral, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. You will work alongside BCBAs and a supportive clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans in the environments where individuals live, learn, and grow. You will help build independence, develop new skills, navigate everyday routines, and participate more confidently in their homes, schools, and communities.

Pay

• $25–$35 per hour based on experience, location, and RBT certification
• RBTs: $32–$35/hour based on experience
• BTs: $25–$32/hour based on experience
• BTs receive a pay increase after RBT certification within your first 4 months
