Responsibilities

• Provide services to clients (ages 4–12) across home, school, and other community settings
• Teach acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help, and play skills
• Manage problem behavior and teach appropriate replacement skills
• Document data and progress throughout sessions

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

Schedule

We’re looking for someone comfortable with a schedule that changes week to week. All hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM—never weekends! Start part-time, with the option to move into full-time.

Pay

Competitive hourly wages: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
