Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients, helping them build life-changing skills
• Carry out individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track progress and celebrate every win, big or small
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment

Requirements

• Current RBT certification
• High school diploma (Associate's/Bachelor's a plus!)
• A patient, positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
