RBT
About the role
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team at GoalPoint Behavior Group. As an RBT, you will be an essential part of our in-clinic team, providing direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in our clinic setting
- Follow detailed behavior intervention plans developed and overseen by a BCBA
- Use evidence-based teaching strategies to promote skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and adaptive living
- Accurately record session data and complete documentation in our electronic health record system
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for clients
- Collaborate with clinic team members to ensure consistency and quality of care
Requirements
- Willingness to complete RBT certification prior to start date through company provided certification course or approved certification course or Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred)
- Experience working with children, especially in a clinical or educational setting, is preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and highly attentive to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based clinic environment
- Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR/First Aid certification
- Must have reliable transportation to our clinic location

Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.

Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
