About the role
The Rutgers Business School seeks part-time instructors to teach non-credit programs and centers. Qualified instructors are needed to contribute to the school's mission, connect the classroom with the industry, and provide a positive learning experience. Responsibilities include instructing/co-instructing on various topics such as accounting, accounting information systems, financial accounting, government accounting, taxation, administrative studies, finance, economics, real estate, marketing, management, management science and information systems, operational management, strategic leadership, supply chain, and more.
Responsibilities
- Instructing/Co-instructing for non-credit courses and workshops
- Preparing course materials (e.g., syllabi, presentation, reading materials, documents, etc.)
- Providing constructive feedback and advisement to participants
- P Practicing innovative educational methodology and pedagogy
- Generating necessary final reports for program directors
Qualifications
Successful candidates must have a strong academic background in relevant fields and experience teaching at the post-secondary level. They should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
