About the role

The Rutgers Business School is seeking part‑time instructors for its non‑credit programs and centers. Instructors will contribute to the school’s mission by connecting classroom learning with industry practice and delivering a positive learning experience across a broad range of business topics.

Responsibilities

• Instruct or co‑instruct non‑credit courses and workshops on subjects such as accounting, finance, economics, marketing, management, supply chain, and related areas.
• Prepare course materials, including syllabi, presentations, reading materials, and other documents.
• Provide constructive feedback and advisement to participants.
• Practice innovative educational methodology and pedagogy.
• Generate necessary final reports for program directors.
• Some positions may be grant funded.
