Raymond Swing Reach Truck Operator - 1st Shift (Distribution Department)

About the role

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a Raymond Swing Reach Truck Operator to join their Distribution team. This position reports to the Shift Manager and works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday work. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond swing reach truck to pick, put away, and relocate inventory.
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using WMS (SAP) system.
• Identify, retrieve, and transport materials and pallets throughout the distribution warehouse.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Locate pallets to specified locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to normal work schedule and comply with company absenteeism/tardiness policy.
• Complete the Swing Reach Truck Maintenance Checklist.
• Print shipping and pallet labels.
• Absorb any general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow Mannington’s General Safety rules and PPE policy.
• Perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• See small numbers and words as displayed on computer screens.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to operate Raymond and Fork and Pole lift trucks.
• Must have the ability to see small numbers and words as displayed on computer screens.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating Raymond swing reach trucks preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP WMS system preferred.
• Ability to read and understand computer screens.

Skills

• Operational proficiency with Raymond swing reach trucks.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Visual acuity to read small numbers and words on computer screens.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $XX.XX - $XXX.XX per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule
