Raw Materials Prep Associate - Night Shift
About the role
As a Raw Materials Preparation Associate at Marvin Composites' Fargo, ND plant, you will lead all aspects of the efficient and accurate delivery of raw materials to our production lines. Your responsibilities include coordinating materials to ensure they are available when needed, performing quality tests, measuring, and documenting results, and applying mathematical knowledge to estimate materials needed.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and lift/carry/push various objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Self-motivated individual with strong time management skills
- Basic math skills and general computer proficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of specialized equipment and materials handling

Pay
Effective Hourly Rate: $28.20/hr. (includes base pay $22.10, $3/hr. night premium, $4/hr. weekend premium, and OT)
Schedule
The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!
