We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: maybe a brief description: "Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Monument Chemical serves the specialty chemicals industry – and produces a variety of solvents, intermediates, specialty fuels, and other specialty products, as well as offers industry-leading Custom Manufacturing services. At Monument, you’ll find careers in several engineering and skilled trades roles and disciplines. Working together like a family, our teams drive continual improvement in quality, cost, lead time, flexibility, and customer service. Whether you are a recent graduate or a seasoned professional, we offer a diverse range of opportunities where you will be challenged and encouraged to grow." That's about the company and role. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" list: coordinate and manage all phases of materials management... etc. Also "To manage the reliable and cost-effective flow of raw materials..." etc. So we can list responsibilities as bullet points. - Requirements: Education Qualifications Required: Associate's Degree of Arts/Science in Accounting, Purchasing, or business-related field or relevant experience in lieu of college degree. Experience Qualifications Required: 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the chemical industry. Related work experience could include production inventory management, purchasing or accounting. Preferred: Great Plains experience. - Skills And Abilities: Hybrid job must be in the office 3 days a week. Will office at the Houston and Bayport plant. Must be available after business hours, depending on needs of plant, and support sites as needed. Good organizational, verbal/ written communication, business savvy, problem-solving, math and computer skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize. Proficiency in math and in utilization of Excel spreadsheets required. Demonstrated ability to learn and understand production schedules and raw material usage patterns. - Working Conditions/Physical Demands: This could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". Not in the list of allowed headings; we have Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Could treat as "Requirements" or maybe "Skills". But we have a heading "Schedule": we have hybrid job must be in office 3 days a week; that's schedule info. Also "Must be available after business hours". So we can put schedule details under a Schedule section. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits info. So we should not create Benefits section. - Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay section. Thus sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Requirements (h3) (maybe combine Education and Experience), Skills (h3) (Skills And Abilities), Schedule (h3) (Hybrid office 3 days a week, after hours). Possibly also "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings; we could fold into Requirements or Skills? The instructions say use headings only for those listed; we can put other info under appropriate headings like Requirements or Skills. Physical demands could be under Requirements (maybe as part of job requirements). But we have no explicit heading for Working Conditions; we could include under Requirements as a bullet list. We must not invent sections like Benefits, Pay if not present. So we will not include those. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Schedule we can use lists. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Remove boilerplate: EEO statement at end: "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran." Also "#MonumentChemical". Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

    ... (the paragraph)

    • Establish safety stock and monthly raw material inventory target levels in conjunction with Purchasing management; monitor raw material inventory levels to targets and recommend changes in monthly volumes to meet inventory targets.
    • Work closely and continuously with supply chain and manufacturing personnel to review and understand production schedules in order to determine and meet ongoing and future raw material requirements.
    • Work closely with suppliers to maintain positive supplier relationships to ensure changes in ability to perform or market conditions are signaled early and that Monument is a preferred customer.
    • Effectively utilize the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) process to determine materials requirements and the optimum timing for placing orders.
    • Establish and adjust raw material lead times, order quantities, and delivery method based on supplier capabilities, pricing considerations and internal production and financial requirements.
    • Understand modes of material transport (barge, vessel, rail, FTL, LTL, parcel) and associated challenges/opportunities.
    • Support, cross‑train, and back‑up the purchasing team as needed.
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.

    Requirements

    • Education: Associate's Degree of Arts/Science in Accounting, Purchasing, or business‑related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a college degree.
    • Experience: 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the chemical industry; related work experience could include production inventory management, purchasing, or accounting.
    • Preferred: Great Plains experience.
    • Working conditions/physical demands: walking up to 12 hours per day; sitting up to 12 hours per day; climbing ladders/stairs/ramps 1‑2 times per day; balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 25 lb occasionally, 15 lb frequently, 10 lb consistently); grasping; possible exposure to indoor/outdoor environments, extreme heat (>100 °F for >1 hr), vibration, hazards (moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, high heat, chemicals); must wear appropriate PPE (FRC uniform, hard hat, safety toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, etc.).

    Skills

    • Hybrid schedule: must be in the office 3 days a week; will office at the Houston and Bayport plants.
    • Availability: must be available after business hours as needed to support plant and support sites.
    • Good organizational, verbal/written communication, business savvy, problem‑solving, math and computer skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
    • Proficiency in math and utilization of Excel spreadsheets required.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand production schedules and raw material usage patterns.
We have schedule info duplicated in Skills; maybe better to separate Schedule section. But we already have schedule bullet in Skills. Could create a Schedule section with those bullets, and Skills section for other skills. Let's do that. Thus:

    Schedule

    • Hybrid schedule: must be in the office 3 days a week; will office at the Houston and Bayport plants.
    • Availability: must be available after business hours as needed to support plant and support sites.

    Skills

    • Good organizational, verbal/written communication, business savvy, problem‑solving, math and computer skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
    • Proficiency in math and utilization of Excel spreadsheets required.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand production schedules and raw material usage patterns.
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "To manage the reliable and cost-effective flow of raw materials (chemicals, packaging, and catalyst) to the manufacturing facilities (Houston, Baytown, Port Arthur and Bayport) to support sales and operation planning process." That's a sentence before Responsibilities; we could incorporate into Responsibilities as a bullet or as part of About the role. It seems like a purpose statement. Could add as a bullet under Responsibilities: "Manage the reliable and cost-effective flow of raw materials (chemicals, packaging, and catalyst) to the manufacturing facilities (Houston, Baytown, Port Arthur and Bayport) to support sales and operation planning process." We have that already as bullet about scheduling etc. But we can add a separate bullet. Also "Buying/ Planning (Lead) Purchasing Scheduling techniques Material requirements planning – warehouse stocking and inventory management Service scheduling Risk management Supplier relationship management Advanced planning systems Process improvement and six sigma Operations Management (understand and support) Operations strategy* Understand Plant maintenance Manufacturing process environments Standards (time measurement) Supply chain management Execution, planning, scheduling control Lean management Sustainability". This looks like a list of topics/knowledge areas. Could be part of Responsibilities or Skills. It's a dense list; we should preserve as bullet points under Responsibilities maybe. We need to incorporate all substantive info. Let's parse that block: "Buying/ Planning (Lead) Purchasing Scheduling techniques Material requirements planning – warehouse stocking and inventory management Service scheduling Risk management Supplier relationship management Advanced planning systems Process improvement and six sigma Operations Management (understand and support) Operations strategy* Understand Plant maintenance Manufacturing process environments Standards (time measurement) Supply chain management Execution, planning, scheduling control Lean management Sustainability" These are likely required knowledge areas. Could be under Requirements or Skills. Since they are technical knowledge, maybe under Skills. But we already have Skills section for soft skills; we could add a "Knowledge" subsection but not allowed heading. Could add bullet under Skills: "Knowledge of buying/planning, purchasing, scheduling techniques, material requirements planning (warehouse stocking and inventory management), service scheduling, risk management, supplier relationship management, advanced planning systems, process improvement and Six Sigma, operations management (understand and support), operations strategy, plant maintenance, manufacturing process environments, standards (time measurement), supply chain management, execution, planning, scheduling control, lean management, sustainability." That's a long bullet but okay. We also have "Essential Functions Reports To: Purchasing Manager". That's metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can add a short p after About the role maybe: "

    Reports to: Purchasing Manager

" but that's minor metadata. Could drop it. Probably drop it to keep concise. Now ensure we didn't miss any other info: "Hybrid job must be in the office 3 days a week. Will office at the Houston and Bayport plant." Already in Schedule. "Must be available after business hours, depending on needs of plant, and support sites as needed." Already in Schedule. "Good organizational, verbal/ written communication, business savvy, problem-solving, math and computer skills." In Skills. "Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize." In Skills. "Proficiency in math and in utilization of Excel spread
