Responsibilities
- Support preparation of base rate and regulatory mechanism filings for state commissions and FERC.
- Aid in analyses that support cost recovery strategies related to cost of service studies, lead/lag studies, revenue requirements, and pricing.
- Aid in development of responses to commissions, intervenors, and stakeholders in regulatory proceedings.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments by tracking regulatory trends and emerging issues and assist with development of recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate across the organization with finance, legal, operations and leadership to deliver high-quality filings and results.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities related to enhancing analytical models, databases, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide data and research support to internal stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements for retail, wholesale, and transmission customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
- Required Experience: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, Ability to manage complex projects and deadlines, High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- PREFERRED Qualifications: Master’s degree, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Advanced Excel skills, Experience with cost-of-service, rate design, regulatory processes, and/or accounting principles.
