  • Develop and execute customer‑focused territory strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction, adjusting tactics based on insight‑driven needs.
  • Participate in field meetings and training programs to master Donidalorsen brand messaging, HAE disease state, and customer‑engagement tactics.
  • Stay current on evolving payer landscape and policies related to HCP/office and patient needs, and maintain certification on approved label, compliance training, and all applicable engagement policies.
  • Collaborate effectively and compliantly with other Account Specialists, Patient Education Managers, Field Medical Directors, and other field teams, sharing learnings and leveraging technology to enhance multi‑channel customer engagement.
  • Partner on accounts with patients seen by multiple specialties across geographies to ensure coordinated support.

  • Experience engaging HCPs and IDNs, coordinating cross‑functional field teams, and supporting successful product launches.
  • Strong knowledge of customer reimbursement and drug‑access education, and comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, market‑access landscape, and payer reimbursement policies for rare‑disease products.
  • Analytical skills to build product‑knowledge competency in pharmaceuticals, competitor products, and relevant disease states.
  • Self‑driven with the ability to solve a wide array of customer challenges with integrity and compliance.
