Rapid Response / RN ER & ICU
Responsibilities
Serves as clinical expert to support patient care and staff development.
Provides clinical response for time-sensitive patient care, proactively augments care for patients at risk for deterioration.
Mentors clinical staff and monitors quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN License
- Associate's Degree in nursing
- Advanced clinical skills, i.e. Critical Care, Emergency ACLS Stroke certification
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
- BSN preferred
