Role: Registered Nurse Rapid Response Responsibilities Provide expert and timely interventions for deteriorating patients across hospital units.Assess acute patient changes and initiate evidence-based treatments.Collaborate with physicians and bedside teams to ensure optimal patient care.Support safe transfers to higher levels of care when necessary.Educate staff on early warning signs of patient deterioration.Participate in code and rapid response events to stabilize patients.Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the hospital.
