Rapid Application Developer - ONSITE

Description

Build and enhance integrations within an in-house Python platform, connecting to pricing systems and other internal data services through APIs.

Support and maintain production (PROD) and user acceptance testing (UAT) environments, including release management and issue resolution.

Refactor and maintain an existing Python codebase while developing new features and prototypes.

Develop web-based user interfaces and tools that enable front-office users to access pricing and data services.

Profile

• Strong Python development experience with object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and core data structures.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and REST API development/integrations.
• Experience working with source code repositories (GitLab preferred, Git or similar version control acceptable).
• Ability to understand and enhance existing applications, balance development and support work, and operate effectively in a fast-paced front-office environment.
