Responsibilities

• Walking or patrolling the campground grounds to answer questions, enforce rules, and ensure guest safety.
• Handling stressful situations calmly and reacting appropriately to local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintaining the property by monitoring for issues and securing it.
• Ensuring guests comply with resort rules, addressing concerns, and contacting law enforcement if necessary.
• Monitoring incoming guests at the campground gate, validating access, and performing routine patrols.
• Conducting golf cart and rental inspections.
• Taking camping reservations, checking guests in and out, and selling day passes and items at the store.
• Prioritizing guest safety and happiness.
• Performing on-call emergency services as needed.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills, along with proficiency in using computer applications.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Quick and reasonable problem-solving skills and diplomatic communication.
• Experience in security or law enforcement, or working in an RV environment, is beneficial.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• The ability to work weekends and holidays regularly.
