Responsibilities

• Walking or patrolling the grounds of the campground
• Answering questions and enforcing rules
• Ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings
• Maintaining the property with a keen eye for issues and problems
• Securing the property
• Enforcing resort rules and addressing concerns
• Validating guest access and performing routine patrols
• Inspecting golf carts and rentals
• Taking camping reservations, checking in and out guests, and selling day passes and items at the store
• Prioritizing guest safety and happiness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to use computer applications
• Collaborative team environment
• Quick and reasonable problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or RV environments (beneficial)
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Pay

Hourly: $17.00 - $17.00
