Ranch Rover

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, valet services, and facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for ranch amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, manage guest vehicle logistics including parking and retrieval, and maintain accurate records of vehicles and keys.
• Ensure rides are safe, efficient, and enjoyable.
• Set up and break down areas for events, classes, and guest experiences.
• Handle supplies, equipment, assist with ranch-related tasks, and support seasonal or special events.
• Maintain public areas, event spaces, storage areas, and guest amenities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Deliver linens, packages, mail, and other supplies across the property.
• Track inventory levels, communicate low stock to management, and assist with labeling, shipping, and other operational tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Drivers License with acceptable driving history (Group B)
• Must have hospitality or customer service experience
