About the role
We are seeking data-driven candidates with strong data analytical and visualization backgrounds to join our System Performance team. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service for our customers. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service for our customers.
- Analyze our network's capacity and coverage, and look for ways to make improvements.
- Evaluate service performance trends and isolate root causes of impacted services.
- Automate data collection, reports, visualization, and system updates.
- Create dashboards and geolocate data to present information dynamically.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time
Qualifications
- Experience in LTE including VoLTE and RAN networks
- Experience with vendor systems and equipment, preferably Ericsson
- Troubleshooting and vendor management experience

Pay
The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
