About the role

Our company is seeking an Aircraft Catering Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing meals for aircraft passengers and crew.

• Prepare and serve meals on board aircraft according to airline specifications.
• Ensure all food items are fresh and meet safety standards.
• Handle hot and cold food items safely.
• Follow strict hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

The Aircraft Catering Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the catering service.

• Manage a team of kitchen assistants to prepare meals efficiently.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of meals to passengers and crew.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or similar roles.
• Knowledge of aviation catering procedures and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid food handler’s license.
