Ram Nagappan brings over three decades of IT leadership experience, notably as the former CIO at BNY Mellon Pershing, where he led the development of groundbreaking wealth management platforms including NetX360, NetXInvestor, and NetXServices, transforming advisor and client experiences.

Earlier in his career, Ram built pioneering systems such as the first market-making platform outside an exchange floor, high-throughput trading systems, and the first online brokerage platform (PC Financial Network), setting benchmarks across capital markets.
