Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Proactively focus on the customer to exceed expectations.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to drive business results and support new technologies.
• Represent customer experience expectations by aligning with Ralph Lauren Brand standards.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide ongoing feedback to management.
• Provide feedback on category opportunities and ensure adherence to store standards.
• Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
• Work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset and passion for personalized shopping experiences.
• Effective communication skills with both customers and store personnel.
• Ability to navigate the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cashwrap, and office areas.
• Proficiency in operating registers, standing, moving, and walking for extended periods.
• Positive working relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
