About the role
At Giving Growth Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect accurate data and track progress.
- Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
- Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
- Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- RBT certification
- CPR certification
- Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Experience with CentralReach is a plus
