What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

You will help rebuild homes, restore businesses, and bring peace back to families who need it most. Your daily work may include carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, and finish work; light to moderate demolition; water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration tasks; working with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment; reading blueprints, taking direction, and working independently; supporting superintendents, project managers, and fellow craftsmen; maintaining safe, clean, organized jobsites; delivering professional, high-quality work our clients can trust.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints & follow direction
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces/heights
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a tribe that values YOU
