Railcar Prep
About the role
Do you enjoy fresh air, physical work, and the satisfying sound of a backpack blower firing up at dawn? Are you ready to become the unsung hero of the rail world? If you answered "yes" while flexing your biceps, then Road & Rail Services wants YOU to be our next Railcar Prepper! This isn't your average desk job. You'll be outside, up close and personal with railcars, battling grime, inspecting doors, and making sure every railcar is ready to roll.
You'll wield backpack blowers and scraping tools like a railcar warrior, removing debris and contaminants that could damage vehicles. It's gritty, it's real, and it's railcar prep at its finest.

- Valid state driver's license (no railcar joyrides).

- A sense of humor and a strong work ethic-railcar prep isn't for the faint of heart.
