Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily radon mitigation field operations
- Perform and oversee complex radon mitigation installations
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians as the company grows
- Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania radon regulations and best practices
- Aid in operational planning, quality control, and process improvement
- Support business growth through leadership, professionalism, and technical expertise
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Radon License (required)
- 15–20 years of radon or related field service experience preferred
- Proven leadership or management experience in the field
- Clean background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
