Radiology (X-Ray) Technologist-Inpatient and Outpatient-Full Time, Part Time & PRN-Sign On Bonus Potential

Location: Inpatient (Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital) and Outpatient (various facilities throughout the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George, and Stafford areas). Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available with various shifts. Relocation assistance offered for full-time hires moving 50+ miles to Fredericksburg. Sign-on bonus available for full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Constant (67-100% of workday) use of arms and hands.
• Frequent (34-66% of workday) standing, walking, and sitting.
• Occasional (0-33% of workday) bending and squatting.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Utilize auditory and visual skills, including color determination.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Cope with difficult situations and tolerate irregular hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• ARRT registered or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology.
• Completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (or equivalent).
• VA State Radiologic Technologist License required for outpatient facilities only.
• American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Risk of exposure to radiation, toxic chemicals, and bloodborne pathogens; must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• For MRI Associates: Must complete MRI Associate screening and be approved to work in the MRI environment (Zones 3 & 4) at all times.

Pay

• Full-time/Part-time pay range: $34.07 - $51.10 per hour.
• PRN flat rate: $41.00 per hour.
