Responsibilities
- Maintains current license and/or certifications required for the position
- Maintains knowledge of compliance requirements for federally funded healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare and Medicaid) regarding fraud, waste and abuse
- Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance
- Works knowledge of X-ray Equipment and Procedures
- Works knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
- Works knowledge of Radiation Safety
- Follows and applies written direction
- Performs radiological exams with attention to detail
- Uses computer and keyboard skills
Requirements
- Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration or eligibility
- Current State Licensure
- BLS
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of X-ray Equipment and Procedures
- Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
- Knowledge of Radiation Safety
- Ability to follow and apply written direction
- Attention to Detail when performing radiological exams
- Computer and keyboard skills
